Laboratory ramp testing to DIN EN 16165 and DIN 51130, reported as an R-value.

The German ramp test is the standard European specifiers ask for on industrial and commercial flooring. An operator walks the sample on an inclined ramp until slipping begins, and the angle sets the R rating.

Samples

• Ideally three samples of the same product at 12" x 12". Other form factors are workable but may delay testing.
