BOT-3000E Troubleshooting & Repair

$100 covers basic troubleshooting: we receive your unit, find the fault and report back.

Nothing beyond the $100 is billed without your say-so. If a repair is needed, parts and labour are quoted and we wait for your approval before any additional charge is incurred.

We designed and build the BOT-3000E, so it is diagnosed by the people who made it. This order number is how we track your device through the process, so enter your serial number below and put a copy of your receipt in the case.

Sending us your instrument

• You arrange shipping to us. The shipping option you choose at checkout is for us to ship the instrument back to you.
• Ship it in its protective Pelican case.
• Put a copy of your paid order inside the case. It speeds everything up.
• Do not put locks on the case. Use plastic zip ties.

Add insurance upon checkout. Shipping insurance is not included. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
