$100 covers basic troubleshooting. This is the diagnostic fee to receive your unit, identify the fault and report back.

Parts and labour may be added on top of this if a repair is needed. We will always request your approval before any additional charge is incurred. Nothing beyond the $100 is billed without your say-so.
